A Vibrant Destination Wedding at Bellevue Syrene, Sorrento | Betty & Robert
Betty and Robert’s love story is a beautiful reminder that life always has a grander plan. After blending their worlds and their families, each bringing three children to the union, three girls for her and three boys for him, they decided to return to the place where Robert originally proposed: the stunning Sorrento. With families traveling all the way from Macedonia and Croatia, it was bound to be an epic celebration.
The weekend kicked off with a romantic portrait session at the historic Chiostro di San Francesco, followed by a stylish welcome dinner at D'Anton restaurant in the heart of the city. It was the perfect prelude to the wedding day at the breathtaking Bellevue Syrene, a luxury venue perched right over the Sorrento cliffside.
Photographing this wedding was an incredible rush of energy. Their Balkan heritage brought an unmatched atmosphere to the day, a rich culture filled with endless traditional dancing, deep-rooted love, and pure joy. At one point, guests were even dancing in a circle around a shot glass on the floor before drinking it! It was wild, emotional, and intensely alive.
